SEITAN AND GARLIC CREAM PASTA

Recipe: Seitan and Garlic Cream Pasta
 
1 Tablespoon of Poultry Season
1/2 teaspoon of seasalt
1Tablespoon of Parsley
4 Shallots Chopped small
6 Garlic cloves minced
1/4 Cup of Vegan Parmesan Cheese
1/2 lb of Organic Vegan Pasta of your choice
2 Cups of Soy Silk Creamer
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
8 oz Container of Seitan
1 Cup of fresh Broccoli Florets
1 Cup of fresh Cherry Tomatoes
 
1. Drain water off the seitan, then marinade seitan in poultry season set aside.
2. Boil pasta in a large pot for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is tender set aside.
3. Meanwhile saute the shallots and minced garilc with olive oil in a saucepan 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Add the silk creamer to the shallots and garlic in the saucepan bring to a slight boil stirring until sauce begins to thicken.
5. Once the sauce thickens add the seitan, broccoli, cherry tomatoes to the sauce, bring to a medium to slight boil, remove from the pan, sprinkle vegan parmesan cheese, sea salt, and parsley, serve at once.
