Penne Pasta

1lb, 
broccoli rabe 1 bunch about half pound
mushrooms 8 ounce pack fresh
sun dried tomatoes 1/8 pound,
fresh tomato 2 plum tomatoes medium diced
extra virgin olive oil 2 ounces,
garlic 1 clove fresh small diced
shallots 1 small diced
crushed tomatoes 8 ounces
locatelli cheese 2 tablespoons
salt to taste approx 1 teaspoon,
pepper to taste approx 1/2 teasspoon
basil fresh about 10 leaves
parsley fresh approx 1 tablespoon chopped small
serves approximately 4 people

- Heat saute pan with extra virgin olive oil, add garlic shallot, broccoli rabe, and mushrooms
- Salt and pepper  and stir items so evenly cooking
- Add sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, basil, and parsely and continue to saute
- After everything is cooked evenly add crushed tomatoes, locatelli cheese and pasta
- salt and pepper again and bring to a simmer
- When everything comes to an even simmer stir continuously so flavors blend and serve
