Hoagie Dip

Ingredients: 

¼ lb. ham
¼ lb. capicola
¼ lb. provolone cheese
¼ lb. salami
¼ lb. American cheese
½ c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
¾ c. mayonnaise
hot peppers, sliced small
oregano
salt
pepper
 

Directions:  


Slice all lunchmeat and cheese into small square pieces and put in bowl.  Add olive oil and mayonnaise and mix.  Add hot peppers and a little of the juice.  Add salt, pepper and oregano.  You may need to add more mayo if it seems dry.  Increase or decrease amounts of ingredients to your liking.  You can also add lettuce and tomato when ready to serve.  Can be served with sliced bread or crackers.
