Curry Shrimp

Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
1 Pound Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
1 ½ Tablespoons Curry Powder
¾ Teaspoon Salt
¾ Teaspoon Adobo
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Slice Scotch Bonnet Pepper
½ Cup Green Bell Pepper, Chunked
¾ Cup Bok Choy, Chunked
½ Cup Sweet/Yellow Onion, Chunked

Method
Season shrimp with curry, salt, Adobo and black pepper
Combine butter and oil in large frying pan or skillet and heat at medium-hi temperature
Add shrimp
Add ¾ Cups water to pan and cook for three minutes
Finish with scotch bonnet pepper, green pepper, bok choy and onion and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve over steamed whit rice
