Chocolate Pancakes

Serves: about 15 - 2 oz.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Buttermilk

1 Cup Whole Milk

3 Large Eggs

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

½ Cup Chocolate Syrup

2 ½ Cup All purpose Flour

½ tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 Tbsp Sugar

½ Cup Cocoa Powder

Directions:

1) In a 3 Quart Bowl whisk together Buttermilk, Milk, Eggs, Extract and Chocolate Syrup

2) In a separate Bowl combine Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Sugar and Cocoa powder

3) Whisk all of the Flour Mixture into Buttermilk Mixture

4) In a pre heated Skillet drop about 2 ounces of batter for each pancake and cook for
