B-Duffified French Toast and French Fries

4 Eggs

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 Cup Milk

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 oz Grand Marnier

10 THICK Slices Challa Bread

 Grand Marnier Syrup

½ Cup Maple Syrup

1.5 Oz Gran Marnier
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 
2 Cup Frozen Crinkle Cut French Fries

(French Fry Seasoning)

4 T Powdered Sugar

¼ tsp Cinnamon

Pinch Salt

6 Cups oil

 


-->Preheat Oil to 350 degrees in a High Walled Pot

->2. Combine Milk, Sugar, Gran Marnier, & Cinnamon

3.    Mix Well

4.-Slice bread.. THICK, 1.5 -2 inches thick

5. Mix Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt & reserve

6. Let bread sit in Milk & Egg Mix for 30 - 60 seconds to absorb the mixture

7. CAREFULLY Place Fries in the oil for 1.5 - 2 minutes & then

8. Carefully add 2 pieces of French toast & let fry for 2 - 3minutes making sure that both sides fry evenly

9.  Remove Fries first & toss in a bowl with a sprinkle of the cinnamon sugar

10.  Remove the French toast & Cut on the bias (corner to corner) to create points

11.   Place the French Toast on a Plate & Side with Cinnamon Fries

12.   Top with Mint Sprigs & Side with Gran  Marnier Maple Syrup
