Let me take a moment to do a little shameless promotion.
If you haven't heard, a group of 50 or so Philly football players are going to be visiting the Lone Star State for a game this Saturday.
Big flippin' deal you say?
Well, you see, this game -- NFC East Wildcard Game -- is kinda a big deal. Actually, the biggest deal and thus we will be covering it ad nauseaum.
That being said, if you consider yourself an Eagles fan -- even just a little bit -- you should tune into our special TV broadcast this Friday at 7 p.m. called Philadelphia vs. Dallas: Do or Die. Yea, we know we could've worked on the name, but we never expected the Birds to have to play the Cowboys a second time…so such is life.
Anyway, we're gonna give you the best pre-game preview you've ever seen. There'll be expert commentary from Vai and John -- who will be in Dallas, not spitting on any stars -- behind the helmet looks at key players, live performances from band DeSoto Jones and even a bunch of live, screaming fans.
