One Year of Firsts: No Negativity

Day 6

Never mind searching for who you are. Search for the person you aspire to be. ~Robert Brault

I think of myself as a fairly positive, optimistic person. If everything goes my way that's usually true. My cohorts however know I am often cynical and sarcastic. What do you want?? I'm an investigative reporter!!  If I don't like the way things are going I might rant, stomp, pout, have a hissy fit  and in the worse case scenario, I whine.

The cast in order: Investigative Reporter Harry Hairston, Investigative Producer Ed Dress and Investigative Intern Samantha Ulan.  (Do you feel like you're watching some reality  version of "The Office"? ) The intern can stay. Everyone else has to go.

I don't know what they're talking about. I was perfectly charming and upbeat today. I admit I caught myself, (by applying hand over mouth), a few times.  I actually thought about what I said before I said it, (unless I forgot, in which case I was reminded).  I didn't completely lose it once today.

Tomorrow: back to reality. I'm eating dessert all day. Stay Tuned.
