Guys in Pennsylvania sure do make a lasting impression, that’s according to a new video created by three local men.
It’s called Pennsylvania Guys and it’s a spoof on the hit song California Gurls by Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg.
In the five-minute video, the guys dance in front of backdrops from Erie to Philly while re-working the lyrics from California chic to Keystone State swagger.
Lyrics like "I know a place where the roads are full of potholes" might take a cheap shot at Pennsylvania but other moments celebrate the Keystone State.
The guys sport Amish suspenders in front of a Weis supermarket, dress like Ben Franklin guzzling a lager in front of Pottsville's Yuengling brewery, and don green wigs and beads on St. Patrick's Day in Scranton.
the video has had nearly 125,000 views since it was posted last week.
