Pa. Man Steals Video Games From Boy's Casket: Police

Pennsylvania State Police arrested a western Pennsylvania man who allegedly stole a hand-held video game system and accessories from the casket of a teen killed in a sport-utility vehicle crash on Christmas Day.

According to officials, 37-year-old Jody Lynn Bennett, of Mentcle, grabbed the items from the casket of 17-year-old Bradley McCombs during a viewing Monday night at the Rairigh Funeral Home in Montgomery Township. That's about 65 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

When family members confronted Bennett about the theft, he took off. That's when they called police.

The funeral home director and McCombs' mother aren't commenting, but the suspect's aunt, Dianna Bennett, says her family is friends with the McCombs and mortified by the incident.
