T.J. McConnell and his hair had a heck of a 2016-2017 season. We may have his fiancee to thank for that.
CSNPhilly's Danny Pommells caught up with T.J. and his longtime girlfriend Valerie Guiliani to talk about their looming wedding.
The two talk about T.J.'s unique bromance with Nik Stauskas and how Teej plans to first look at Nik at their wedding for his reaction. McConnell clarifies that one a bit.
Valerie also shared that we may have her to thank for T.J.'s sweet 'do.
"I think I said, 'You will not walk down the aisle with a buzzcut. It's just not happening,'" she said. "I think he thought he wouldn't look handsome with his hair and he looks so handsome with it."
"I didn't have a choice," McConnell adds.
