Thinking ahead to next season?
There is already one game to note on the calendar.
The Sixers will play the Celtics in a preseason game on Tuesday, Oct. 4. The two teams will play at the Mullins Center located on the University of Massachusetts campus in Amherst, Massachusetts.
The rest of the schedule will be announced later.
This preseason game could be a matchup of top picks in the upcoming draft. The Sixers hold the first pick (along with 24th and 26th) while the Celtics have the third (as well as 16th and 23rd).
The Sixers and Celtics have also been linked in trade rumors, including the Celtics' reported interest in Jahlil Okafor.
Who will be wearing which uniform that night? There’s a ways to go before that’s determined. In the meantime, tickets go on sale June 9.
