It's offiical.
Ben Simmons has signed his rookie deal and is a Sixer. Fellow first-round pick, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot has also signed.
Simmons tweeted a picture of him signing his rookie deal late Saturday night, writing "happy to say I'm a part of the family #Sixers."

The Sixers announced the deal Sunday morning.

Simmons, along with Luwawu, was not at the first day of Utah summer league practice on Saturday but are expected to attend Sunday and play in both the Utah and Las Vegas summer leagues.
