Phillies Release Nicknames for MLB Players' Weekend

Back for another season, it's MLB Players' Weekend and the Phillies will have a starring role in this year's festivities.

From Aug. 24 to Aug. 26, the Phillies will wear special, more nontraditional uniforms with nicknames on the back. The big difference here is that the Phillies will also play the New York Mets in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of the Little League World Series, on Aug. 19 at 7:10 p.m.
