As if going to the World Series wasn’t exciting enough, now some Phillies fans can check out the 76ers home opener for half price.
Baseball fans attending Game 5 of the World Series can bring their game ticket to the Wachovia Center box office tonight and purchase a half-priced Sixers ticket for the home opener.
The Philadelphia 76ers have officially moved the start of tonight’s game to 6 p.m. They will take on the Toronto Raptors.
The Phillies will batter-up in Game 5 of the World Series at 8:29 pm.
"Philadelphia has the best sports fans anywhere in the world," said Senior Vice President of Business Operations Lara Price. "What a great way for Philadelphia to get together and celebrate the start of the Sixers season and to also get ready for the World Series."
