Vince Velasquez, Rhys Hoskins Lead Phillies Over Nationals

After allowing six earned runs in his last start, Vince Velasquez was stellar Saturday. He allowed just one run and one hit in five innings, as the Phillies topped the Nationals, 3-1.

Rhys Hoskins gave the Phillies all the offense they needed in the first inning, blasting a two-run homer to center field off Tanner Roark.
