The trade chips are moving.
The Phillies are finalizing a deal to send Jeremy Hellickson to the Orioles, according to a report late Friday night by MLB.com's Todd Zolecki.
FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal first reported the Orioles were active on Hellickson.
The right-hander was scratched less than an hour before his scheduled start Friday against the Braves.
Shortly after the Phillies' 10-3 win, the club traded outfielder/infielder Howie Kendrick to the Nationals. On Wednesday, reliever Pat Neshek was shipped to the Rockies.
