Phillies Place Vince Velasquez on 10-day DL With Right Middle Finger Injury, Recall Ty Kelly

Vince Velasquez is heading back to the disabled list.

The Phillies on Friday placed Velasquez on the 10-day DL with a right middle finger injury. In a corresponding move, the Phils recalled utilityman Ty Kelly from Triple A Lehigh Valley.
