Jimmy Rollins Trades in Cleats for Dancing Shoes, ‘Dabs' on Air

Jimmy Rollins may not be flashing the leather on the diamond anymore, but the former Phillies great is still flashing some dance moves.

Rollins, 37, was on MLB Whip Around on Fox Sports 1 Thursday and the 2007 National League MVP didn’t disappoint.

Here’s a look at Rollins "Dabbing" live on air, via a tweet from FS1.

In 17 major-league seasons, Rollins hit .264 with 231 HRs, 936 RBIs and 470 stolen bases. He spent the first 15 seasons of his career with the Phillies after being selected by the organization in the second round of the 1996 draft.

Rollins was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers after the 2014 season and spent one year with the club. He signed with the White Sox this past offseason and was designated for assignment on June 11 after he hit just .221 in 41 games after making the club out of Spring Training.

It’s unclear whether Rollins will join FS1 as more than just a guest MLB analyst or try to latch on with another big-league team, but here’s a nice welcome video that the three-time NL All-Star received, courtesy of CJ Nitkowski.
