Penn State Wins a Nail-biter Over Ohio State, Still in BCS Hunt

Penn State earned a tough win squeaking out a 13-6 victory over Ohio State for their first win in Columbus since 1978.

Joe Paterno's Nittany Lions remain undefeated and in the BCS National Title hunt.

Here are some of the game highlights.

Second half:

  • The Lions went on another drive ending in a field goal making it 13-6 with 1:07 left.
  • Pat Devlin came in for Penn State at QB and led the Lions to a TD, 10-6 PSU.
  • Penn State recovered a huge fumble by OSU QB Terrell Pryor in Ohio State territory.
  • After three Penn State remains down 6-3.
  • Ohio State had to settle for a 37-yard field goal after the Penn State defense stopped the Buckeyes, 6-3 OSU.
  • The second half is underway as Penn State has the ball.

First half:

  • The two teams are going into halftime tied after a field goal by Ohio State's Aaron Pettrey.
  • Penn State has knocked through a field goal to go up 3-0 with a  few minutes left in the second quarter.
  • Midway through the second quarter of there is no score in the game as both teams struggle to put together a drive.
