Odell Beckham Jr. Fined for His Dog Celebration at the Linc

Instead of hitting Odell Beckham Jr. with a rolled up newspaper, the NFL hit him with a fine.

The Giants' star was fined $12,154 for his lewd touchdown celebration at the Linc in the fourth quarter on Sunday. After Beckham scored early in the fourth quarter, he dropped to all fours and pretended to urinate on the field at the Linc.

"Listen, I'm really not going to comment on that, but our players see it," Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said this week. "Our fans see it. It's one of those things I think you just kind of file away in the back of your mind, and you just remember those things, and you move on. It's unfortunate; I have to control our guys, and every other coach has to control their players. But it's something that -- you don't want to see it in the game. I think it takes away from a great play that he just made. But yeah."

Beckham was bottled up for most of Sunday's game but scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter and nearly helped the Giants pull off a comeback win. Jalen Mills covered him for most of the game.

After both of his touchdowns, Beckham was clotheslined by Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins on a play that resulted in a 28-yard pass interference call. Jenkins was not fined for that hit.

Beckham, when asked after the game, didn't think the hit was dirty. He just though Jenkins made a play to prevent him from making a bigger play.

The Eagles play the Giants again on Dec. 17 at MetLife Stadium.
