The Flyers allowed just 14 shots on goal, killed off five power-play chances against and put together one of their best all-around efforts of the season en route to earning a 3-1 victory over the Washington Capitals on Sunday afternoon in the nation’s capital.
That’s great for the Flyers and all, but, unfortunately, that’s not what everyone is talking about today.
