Philadelphia Eagles fans always travel well, but put the season opener a short ride down 95 right outside of Washington and it's a recipe for a total green takeover.
And Birds fans didn't disappoint on Sunday when Eagles nation showed up at FedEx Field in droves. Even the opposing fans took notice.
Check out this video shared by @DCBarno which shows just how much green there was in the lower level of FedEx during the Eagles 30-17 win over the Redskins:
There is so much green here it looks like a hippy convention. Worst home field advantage in NFL. pic.twitter.com/YWyQKO9OH7— Barno (@DCBarno) September 10, 2017
CSNPhilly's John Clark also got a good look at just how many Birds fans there were in attendance. Hear those familiar chants?
