ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Bills running back LeSean McCoy did not finish practice Wednesday after hurting one of his hamstrings.
Coach Rex Ryan said that McCoy was being evaluated by trainers. He didn't have any details about how McCoy was hurt and didn't know the severity of the injury.
The Bills (4-2) play at Miami on Sunday. McCoy had 140 yards rushing and three touchdowns in a 45-16 win against San Francisco on Sunday.
In his past four games, McCoy has 470 yards rushing and six touchdowns, including one receiving score.
McCoy was slowed by an injury to his left hamstring at the start of last season.

At the NFL fall meetings in Houston on Wednesday, Jets owner Woody Johnson says it was coach Todd Bowles' decision and he is "behind the coach 100 percent."
The struggling Jets (1-5) have lost four straight games and Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown an NFL-leading 11 interceptions and just five touchdown passes during a brutal start.
After the Jets lost 28-3 at Arizona on Monday night, Bowles said Fitzpatrick would remain the starter. But he backtracked from those comments Tuesday, saying it's always "status quo" right after games and he wanted to discuss things with his staff and general manager Mike Maccagnan on Tuesday night. Bowles then decided to bench Fitzpatrick and go with Smith.
Chiefs: Justin Houston returns
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston returned to practice Wednesday for the first time since having surgery in February to repair a poorly functioning ACL in his left knee.
The four-time Pro Bowl pass rusher was expected to do individual drills only as the Chiefs slowly get him back into playing shape, and coach Andy Reid did not say when he might be game-ready.
Reid did say it was a virtual certainty it won't be Sunday against Oakland.
Houston missed several weeks late last season with what the Chiefs thought was a hyperextension of his knee. He came back for the playoffs, but was limited in games against Houston and New England.
