The New England Patriots (8-9) went to New York to take on the Buffalo Bills (13-3) in what was an emotional day after Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest on Monday Night Football, though the 24-year-old is now breathing on his own and able to communicate.
The Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) and Baltimore Ravens (10-7) competed in a game with seeding implications, as well, and the Bengals' win prevented a potential coin toss for their upcoming wild card showdown.
In the NFC, the Philadelphia Eagles (14-3) secured the NFC's No. 1 seed with a win at home over the already-clinched New York Giants (9-7-1).
