The Sixers are fresh off a 21-point drubbing Thursday night of the Raptors to grab a 2-1 second-round series lead.
Now, Toronto may be without its leading rebounder and second-leading scorer in the playoffs for Sunday's Game 4.
Pascal Siakam will be listed as doubtful by the Raptors because of a right calf contusion.
In eight postseason games, the 6-foot-9 power forward is averaging 22.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. Siakam has scored 20 or more points in all three games against the Sixers while playing 36.3 minutes per game.
It's uncertain how or when Siakam sustained the injury. He did get whistled for a Flagrant 1 foul after he tripped Joel Embiid during the fourth quarter of Game 3 (which you can watch in the video above).
Siakam says he's not sure how he hurt his calf; could have been when he tripped Embiid but not sure. "I was on the floor a lot." Says it's sore and will walk through practice today to see what he can do: https://t.co/RcZCWpSOca— Michael Grange (@michaelgrange) May 4, 2019

Do you know how you got hurt?
Siakam: "No... There was a lot of contact during the game so I don't know exactly when it happened."
It was the same leg you used to trip Embiid, right?
Siakam: "Uh, yeah. I think so."— Josh Lewenberg (@JLew1050) May 4, 2019
Nurse said there's nothing seriously or structurally wrong with Siakam's calf, stresses he hasn't been ruled out yet. He mentioned VanVleet, Powell, Ibaka and McCaw as potential starters if Pascal is out. "None of it is ideal matchup-wise."— Josh Lewenberg (@JLew1050) May 4, 2019
The Sixers were already in the driver's seat heading into Game 4. If Siakam can't go, they'll have another advantage at the Wells Fargo Center with a chance to take full control.
