Minnesota Is Officially Obsessed With the Rocky Steps

What is it with Minnesota and their obsession with the Rocky steps?

You would think they would've learned by now ... guess not.

In case you don't remember where this originated from, let's throw it back to Jan. 21, 2018.

The day of the NFC Championship Game, where the Vikings wanted to 'take over' Philadelphia. I guess their definition of taking over is a really tight camera angle showcasing their 20(ish) fans on the infamous art museum steps.

And what actually happened:

Funny enough, that wasn't even the most embarrassing moment for Minnesota that weekend. Soon after, the Eagles demolished the Vikings and then went on to win the Super Bowl in Vikings' territory. That, I'm sure you remember.

Well, now the Timberwolves are joining in on the Minnesota fun on the Rocky steps. Wait, is fun the right word? Let's substitute that with embarrassment - Yeah, that sounds better.

I know I'm not the only one who thoroughly enjoys when Philadelphia teams beat Minnesota, so let's hope the Sixers do just that on Wednesday night.
