The Colorado Rockies Did a Good Tweet About Citizens Bank Park

While the state of the newspaper business is seemingly always up in the air, the state of social media is most assuredly troll-y.

Pancakes, burgers, egregiously wrong photos in print publications, social media employees will find a way to make it tweet.

The Colorado Rockies' Twitter account today hit one on the seams - if not out of the park, it was a solid double down the line.

A quick refresher for those who may have forgotten: The Denver Post put together a lovely guide to Coors Field prior to the start of this baseball season with only one little error. The photo they used on the cover was actually Citizens Bank Park. Which is in Philadelphia.

Fast-forward a few months to today when the Rockies are in town to kick off a series with your Fightin' Phils. The @Rockies account used the previous paper faux pas to its advantage:

Philadelphia Phillies

Complete coverage of the Fightin' Phils and their MLB rivals from NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Suarez and Schwarber thriving in contract years, price tags increasing

Uncharted territory for Aaron Nola, who has no idea when he'll be back

Safe to say the local Denver newspaper wasn't as pleased:

And that's social media in a nutshell: the best and worst thing.
