Alain Vigneault's Coaching Style on Full Display in NHL Network's ‘Behind The Glass' Series

General manager Chuck Fletcher has raved about Alain Vigneault's presence, how the 58-year-old bench boss commands respect when he walks into a room.

He has 11 playoff berths, eight 100-point seasons and three 50-win campaigns on his résumé. The experience and aura of Vigneault are what made him appealing to the Flyers.
