Alain Vigneault's Coaching Style on Full Display in NHL Network's ‘Behind The Glass' Series

General manager Chuck Fletcher has raved about Alain Vigneault's presence, how the 58-year-old bench boss commands respect when he walks into a room.

A track record will do that for an NHL head coach. Vigneault has led three teams to the Presidents' Trophy and two to the Stanley Cup Final. He has 11 playoff berths, eight 100-point seasons and three 50-win campaigns on his résumé. The experience and aura of Vigneault are what made him appealing to the Flyers.

We saw his leadership and style from the outset of camp. He's not afraid to challenge his players.

That has become perfectly clear on the NHL Network's "Behind the Glass" series. Episode No. 2 aired Monday night and showed plenty of Vigneault's personality.
