Fletcher Cox Could Reportedly Face Suspension for Block

Apparently, Fletcher Cox might get suspended.

The NFL is reviewing Cox's block on Joe Staley that left Staley with a broken orbital bone and a gash under his eye, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

Cox could be fined or suspended, the report said.

The block happened during Jalen Mills' return on his pick-6 in the second quarter. The TV replay doesn't give a great angle, but you can almost see it at the bottom of the screen here.

In the bottom left corner, Staley goes flying and Cox immediately throws his arms in the air. It looked like it might have just been a block in the back.

Cox and the Eagles' defensive line was great on Sunday afternoon. The entire team ended the game with 12 quarterback hits and the D-line had 10 of them.

The Eagles' next game is at home against Denver on Sunday.
