The Eagles got a huge 31-13 win over the Bills in Buffalo on Sunday to get their record back to .500 and to jump up a couple spots this week.
Here are my latest NFC power rankings:
1. 49ers (7-0) Last week: 2
The Saints didn't do anything to lose the top spot, but the Niners did everything to take it. San Francisco crushed Carolina, 51-13. Just a dominant performance from the NFC's only undefeated team. Remember, the Panthers were well-rested coming off a bye and were hot going into it, coming off four straight wins. Then they got their doors blown off by the 49ers.
2. Saints (7-1) Last week: 1
The Saints took care of business with a 31-9 win over the Cardinals. Drew Brees returned and looked like Drew Brees. He threw for 373 yards and three touchdowns in his return. Ho hum.
3. Packers (7-1) Last week: 3
After they lost at home to the Eagles on Sept. 26, the Packers have gotten hot. They beat the Patrick Mahomes-less Chiefs 31-24 and have now rattled off four straight wins by an averaged of 9.0 points per game.
4. Vikings (6-2) Last week: 4
The Vikings let the Redskins stick around, but still beat them, 19-9. Stefon Diggs went off for 143 of Kirk Cousins' 285 passing yards. Minnesota has now won four straight after a 2-2 start.

5. Seahawks (6-2) Last week: 5
The Seahawks were up 24-0, but then let the Falcons stage a comeback. Matt Schaub threw for 460 yards! So this wasn't an impressive win, but they're still firmly in second place in the very competitive NFC West.
6. Rams (5-3) Last week: 7
Now on their bye week, the Rams took care of business against the lowly Bengals with a 24-10 win. They let Cincinnati tie the game 10-10 but then scored the game's last two touchdowns to get the win.
7. Cowboys (4-3) Last week: 8
The Cowboys were on their bye week, but get a bump up thanks to the Panthers' loss. Dallas will be on the road to face the Giants this week. They beat New York 35-17 in Week 1.
8. Eagles (4-4) Last week: 10
After two horrible losses, the Eagles rebounded with a 31-13 victory over a decent Bills team in the road in bad conditions. Their run game came alive and Carson Wentz had an efficient performance.
9. Panthers (4-3) Last week: 6
Carolina got crushed by the 49ers last week. They had been riding high into with four straight wins, but lost by 38 points on Sunday.
10. Lions (3-3-1) Last week: 11
The Giants scored late on the Lions to make the game look a little closer, but the Lions still got a 31-26 win at home. Matt Stafford had a nice game. The Lions aren't bad, but they're just an average team and they play in a division with some heavy hitters.
11. Bears (3-4) Last week: 9
Surprise, surprise, the Bears had a last-second field-goal attempt that would have won the game against the Chargers and Eddy Pineiro missed. But the Bears' bigger problem is QB play from Mitchell Trubisky, who has not taken the step Chicago hoped he would.
12. Cardinals (3-4-1) Last week: 12
After three straight wins against the Bengals, Falcons and Giants, the Cardinals had to finally face a good team and got spanked by the Saints. They'll face the 49ers tonight … good luck.
13. Buccaneers (2-5) Last week: 13
Coming off their bye week, the Bucs dropped one to the Titans 27-23 and have lost three straight. They had a lead in the fourth quarter, but couldn't hold on. Jameis Winston is tied for the league lead in INTs with 12 in seven games.
14. Giants (2-6) Last week: 14
A loss to the Lions on Sunday was their fourth straight after starting the year with a 2-2 record. In these four losses, Daniel Jones is completing under 60 percent of his passes with 7 TDs and 5 INTs.
15. Falcons (1-7) Last week: 15
They beat the Eagles in Week 2 and lost six straight heading into their Week 9 bye. On Sunday, they lost 27-20 to the Seahawks. This team is a disaster.
16. Redskins (1-7) Last week: 16
They lost two straight and failed to trade Trent Williams at the deadline. Had they worked on a trade a little earlier, maybe they could have gotten real value for their elite left tackle who desperately wants out of that miserable organization.
