It's tough being an Eagles fan right now in more ways than one.
Especially if you're seeing your beloved Birds take on the Jaguars in London on Sunday morning. Eagles fans always travel well, but fans are flocking overseas in staggering numbers.
It's the first time the Eagles will be playing at storied Wembley Stadium and the demand is pushing ticket prices to crazy levels.
According to StubHub, the current price of the cheapest ticket for the game on Sunday is £334.80, which equates to $431.00 U.S dollars. You'll get a nice spot on the upper sideline in the 23rd row for that small fortune.
That's also more than two times the most expensive ticket the rest of the season, after a quick browse of Eagles ticket prices on StubHub. A little insane, considering that these two teams are both lagging at 3-4.
This isn't exactly unexpected, as this game was already the most in-demand ticket for the entire NFL season, according to Stubhub's 2018 NFL preview. StubHub is the official NFL's authorized ticket resale marketplace.

Within the stadium, you're gonna have to fork over some serious cash for food and drinks. Last week, when the Chargers played the Titans, fans had a few complaints about the arena's concessions.
Went to buy a beer. Saw the price, £6.50. Walked away again. @wembleystadium plan to reduce bad behaviour or just looking after our livers? #NFLUK— Scott Brown (@Scottie_Brown) October 21, 2018
@nfluk @wembleystadium Anychance you can explain the benefit of confiscating sweets ok entry into Wembley. All down to randomness of the entry gate! Constant nickel and diming ruining the game day experience. #ripoff #nfluk #titans #chargers— Andy (@bashalar) October 21, 2018
At the Titans vs Chargers game in London, slowest food service ever!! I'm missing half the game just for a hotdog! #NFLUK— Ingrid (@Bleutrinitty) October 21, 2018
Some observations from @wembleystadium today. Tailgate again closed too early. You can drink beer (and many of) in view of the pitch, but not have a bottle of drink with a lid on. Last week, pre-game act - this week, nowt. #nfluk— Simon | ShareMyYear (@sharemyyear) October 21, 2018
The @wembleystadium experience for #nfl games is pretty atrocious compared to seeing games in the States....queues to enter the stadium that go half way around the circumference, 45 min queues for beer... #NFLUK— Down On The Upside (@DotuUK82) October 21, 2018
Either way, we know Philadelphia will be well-represented at Sunday's game. We hope Eagles fans get their money's worth and come home with a football team that has a 4-4 record heading into the bye.
