Tim Jernigan is still experiencing back spasms, and it seems like his status is up in the air for Sunday's game against the Cowboys in Texas.
Jernigan made his season debut against the Giants two weeks ago but began experiencing back spasms during pregame warmups before the Washington game after the inactive list came out and was held out of action.
"We're making sure it's calmed down before we put him back on the field," head coach Doug Pederson said. "We got today, tomorrow, we'll see where he's at after these next couple days."

Pederson said he doesn't know if these spams are related to the offseason surgery Jernigan had for a herniated disc. He said I'd have to ask the doctors, but the Eagles obviously don't make their medical staff available to reporters.
Here are a few other injury notes Friday before official game statuses come out later in the day:
• It doesn't sound like Jordan Hicks (calf), Jalen Mills (foot) or Avonte Maddox (knee, ankle) will return Sunday. Pederson said Maddox is "close" to returning but didn't expect Maddox to do much today. He hasn't played since getting injured in New Orleans.
Meanwhile, Pederson said Mills and Hicks are still "a ways away." Hicks hasn't played since hurting his calf in New Orleans and Mills hasn't played since hurting his foot in the Jacksonville game before the bye week. Just recently, Mills was spotted wearing some sort of boot on his foot; obviously not a good sign.
• Michael Bennett (foot) is back at practice Friday after missing the last two days. The Eagles made sure to let Bennett rest that foot last week before the Washington game too. They're just trying to get him to Sunday. He'll play in Dallas.
• Jason Peters (ankle), who missed the last couple days of practice, isn't at the NovaCare Complex on Friday as he's dealing with a personal issue. But Peters will play Sunday, according to Pederson. Peters is a 36-year-old future Hall of Famer, so the Eagles aren't worried about his missing practice. He missed practice all last week too and had a good game against Washington.
