For the first time since Week 11, there's a new team atop CSN's NFL power rankings.

The Cowboys' loss to the Giants on Sunday night followed by the Patriots win over the Ravens on Monday night allowed New England to leapfrog Dallas and claim the No. 1 position. The Cowboys weren't the only contender to go down in Week 14 either, as the Raiders were edged by the Chiefs, the Seahawks were blown out on the road by the Packers and the Broncos fell short against the Titans.

With all Week 14 action in the books, here's a look at CSN's complete NFL Power Rankings for Week 15, compiled by Derrick Gunn and John Boruk.

1. New England (11-2) 
All Tom Brady did was pass for 406 yards against Baltimore's No. 1 ranked defense. The AFC's road to Super Bowl definitely goes through the Patriots. - Gunn (1)

A new No. 1 … Tom Brady: 406 yards, three touchdowns against NFL’s top-ranked defense. I guess the Pats no longer miss Gronk. - Boruk (1)

2. Dallas (11-2) 
The Giants are the Cowboys' kryptonite, but the 'Boys are still the class of the NFC. - Gunn (2)

Cowboys fans are starting to squirm for Tony Romo. Nothing would implode their season quicker. - Boruk (2)

3. Kansas City (10-3) 
Based on the Chiefs' current three-game win streak over Denver, Atlanta and Oakland, Andy Reid is a Coach of the Year candidate. - Gunn (3)

They’ve swept the Raiders and have won in Denver. What more do the Chiefs need to prove? - Boruk (3)

4. Oakland (10-3) 
The Raiders were unbeaten on the road until they ran into a buzzsaw at KC. - Gunn (4)

Quarterback Derek Carr simply couldn’t throw in frigid cold weather with that bad finger. - Boruk (4)

5. Seattle (8-4-1)
The Seahawks have lost two of last three. All four losses this season have come on the road. - Gunn (6)

The 'Hawks have one road win and that was against the Jets in October. That’s a problem. Boruk (5)

6. Pittsburgh (8-5) 
The Steelers are getting hot at the right time. Four wins in a row and controlling AFC North. - Gunn (5)

No one is putting him in the discussion, but Le’Veon Bell is an MVP candidate. - Boruk (8)

6. N.Y. Giants (9-4) 
The G-Men are surging. Looks like all that money they dished out on defense was money well spent. - Gunn (7)

Don’t like the head coach or the quarterback, but I’m loving the way the Giants are playing defense. - Boruk (6)

8. Detroit (9-4) 
The Lions are trying to win their first division title since 1993. Could be in jeopardy depending on Matt Stafford's finger injury on his throwing hand. - Gunn (8)

The Lions have given up 20 or fewer points in seven straight games in one season for the first time since 1961. - Boruk (7)

9. Denver (8-5)
Are the defending champs running out of steam? The Broncs close the season out vs. New England, at KC and vs. Oakland. - Gunn (9)

A brutal final three games against the Patriots, Chiefs and Raiders. They need to find some sort of a running game. - Boruk (9)

10. Atlanta (8-5) 
When Falcons are playing good, they are really good. - Gunn (10)

Sunday, the Falcons scored more touchdowns at the Coliseum than the Rams' offense has all season. - Boruk (11)

11. Tampa Bay (8-5) 
During their current five-game win streak, the Bucs are allowing 12.8 points per game. - Gunn (13)

Five-game winning streak behind a defense allowing a stingy 12.8 points per game in that span. - Boruk (10)

12. Washington (7-5-1)
The 'Skins have plenty of offense, but need the defense to do a better job of complementing the O. - Gunn (11)

Josh Norman faces his former team, the Panthers … this should be interesting. - Boruk (14)

12. Green Bay (7-6) 
Even on one leg, Aaron Rodgers is better than most quarterbacks and the last three games he’s been on fire. - Gunn (12)

As long as Aaron Rodgers keeps throwing the ball to Jordy Nelson, the Packers should be just fine. - Boruk (13)

14. Baltimore (7-6) 
The Ravens' defense got shredded by Brady and company. Now on the outside looking in at playoff picture. - Gunn (14)

Baltimore loses cornerback Jimmy Smith in the first quarter. It may be the Ravens' most significant injury moving forward. - Boruk (12)

15. Miami (8-5)  
Ryan Tannehill has an ACL/MCL sprain, could derail what might have been a special season for the Fins. - Gunn (15)

Jay Ajayi had 418 yards rushing in two games … He has 421 yards in the six games since then. - Boruk (16)

15. Houston (7-6)  
Season sweep of the Colts puts the Texans in drivers seat of AFC South. - Gunn (16)

A healthy productive Lamar Miller will be the difference in the Texans winning the AFC South. - Boruk (15)

17. Minnesota (7-6)
The fact that Vikes have lost six of last eight and are still in playoff picture is amazing. - Gunn (17)

First road win since Sept. 25 at Carolina, although Jacksonville doesn’t feel like a real road game. - Boruk (17)

18. Tennessee (7-6) 
Can the Titans ride a 1-2 running punch of DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry well enough to slip into the postseason? - Gunn (18)

Marcus Mariota completed just six passes against Denver, the fewest by a winning quarterback since 1995. - Boruk (18)

19. Indianapolis (6-7)
The Colts' 29th-ranked defense cost them. - Gunn (19)

Andrew Luck can shoulder much of the blame, throwing a pair of interceptions and losing a fumble against the Texans. - Boruk (19)

20. Buffalo (6-7) 
The Bills still won't make the playoffs since 1999 and Rex Ryan's job is in jeopardy. - Gunn (20)

Tyrod Taylor has been sacked 39 times, most in the NFL, and he plays behind one of the best lines in football … smh. - Boruk (20)

21. Cincinnati (5-7-1) 
The Bengals are on a two-game roll building for next year. - Gunn (21)

21. Arizona (5-7-1)
The Cardinals' porous special teams play has cost them at least four possible wins. - Gunn (23)

Carson Palmer is actually three years younger than Tom Brady, but plays a lot older. - Boruk (22)

23. Carolina (5-8)
The Panthers' 1-5 record on the road is a big part of their demise. - Gunn (22)

27. LA Rams (4-9) 
Jeff Fisher fired. Will they play any better for interim coach John Fassel? - Gunn (27)

28. N.Y. Jets (4-9) 
Team still playing hard for Todd Bowles, but the flaws are to many to overcome. - Gunn (28)

Temple product Robby Anderson has 23 targets from Bryce Petty over the past two weeks. A wide receiver to watch in the final few weeks. - Boruk (28)

29. Chicago (3-10) 
Wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey is set to return this week. It will be interesting to see what they get out of him. The Bears lost three of four without him. - Gunn (29)

30. Jacksonville (2-11) 
Gus Bradley .230 winning percentage is worst in NFL history for coaches with at least 60 games of experience. - Gunn (30)

As bad as the Jags have looked this season, the pieces are in place for a quick rebuild. - Boruk (30)

31. San Francisco (1-12)
The 49ers are on pace to establish franchise records for most points allowed, yards and rushing yards allowed in a season. - Gunn (31)

32. Cleveland (0-13) 
RG3 didn’t play well in his first game back from injury. Sunday at Buffalo might be Cleveland's best chance for a win. The Browns close season with Chargers and Steelers. - Gunn (32)
