Carson Wentz got his offensive linemen a pretty cool gift this year. You could even say it's cooler than most … but I wouldn't because I'm above low-hanging puns.
Anyway, when the Eagles got into the locker room on Friday, there were gifts for each offensive lineman from Carson Wentz, who simply signed them with his No. 11.

That's a pretty good gift. With nine offensive linemen on the team and figuring these YETI coolers run a few hundred bucks apiece, we're talking about over $3,000 in coolers, not to mention the other goodies inside.
It was a pretty funny image, seeing the linemen drag these oversized coolers out of the locker room.
"He gives me a cooler I can put some ice cold beer in," Lane Johnson said. "There's really nothing better you could do. I'm happy. It's probably the best gift that I've got."

A couple years ago, Wentz bought each of his linemen rifles and then took them shooting. Now, on the off chance they hit something, they can get it on ice in these coolers. At least this seems like a safer present than the guns or the scooters Fletcher Cox got his fellow defensive linemen.
Wentz is obviously dealing with a stress fracture in his back, so hopefully he had some help getting these coolers into the building on Friday. The gesture means a lot to his teammates.
"It puts icing on the cake," Johnson said. "We know what he does. We realize what we do for him. But at the end of the day, we're people just like everybody else. It's just a sign of endearment. We appreciate it. I can tell you that much."
