The vibes were all Philly last night when presumptive No. 1 pick Ben Simmons appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Not only did The Roots jam a little, "1-2-3-4-5 Sixers" as Simmons came out, they also booed Los Angeles. And Jimmy and Ben enjoyed an authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak from Dalessandro's.
Now, credit to Jimmy for going out of his way to get a legit steak for Ben, but the Roxborough natives are none too pleased he says it was from North Philly.
Simmons talked about his Australian accent, his deal with Nike, his relationship with LeBron James, and the Brioni suit he plans to wear on Thursday night.
