Not only did the Philadelphia 76ers unveil a historic sponsor partnership with ticketing company StubHub this morning, they also trotted out none other than Betsy Ross to sew the patch onto the jersey to promote the deal.
You've likely seen Mascot Betsy at Sixers games before, running around the court with her pal Ben Franklin and a giant Liberty Bell.
Or maybe you've seen her crazy good dance moves.
You may also know her as the patriot who is credited with making the first American flag. Now, she'll be known as the patriot who first sewed a sponsor logo onto a sports jersey.
Big Betsy hooked it up with the super clean @StubHubβ patch. ππΌππΌ#StubHubSixers
