Ryan Arcidiacono's hard work has paid off. The San Antonio Spurs signed the former Villanova point guard Thursday afternoon.
The Spurs did not disclose the terms of Arcidiacono's contract, but according to Michael Scotto of The Associated Press, it's a multi-year deal and Arcidiacono is guaranteed $75,000.
In seven summer league games with the Spurs (two starts), Arcidiacono is averaging 2.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. He's shooting 34.5 percent from the field and 33 percent from three-point range in 19.4 minutes per game.
Arcidiacono capped off a stellar career with the Wildcats by leading them to a National Championship and taking home the NCAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Player award.
