Marco Belinelli Reportedly Signing With Spurs

The Sixers' bench reportedly took a second serious hit in the early hours of free agency.

Shortly after ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Ersan Ilyasova had agreed on a three-year, $21 million deal with the Bucks (see story), Wojnarowski reported that Marco Belinelli agreed to a two-year, $12 million deal with the Spurs.

After being acquired by the Sixers via buyout from the Hawks in February, Belinelli played in 28 regular-season games, providing instant offense off the bench. He averaged 13.6 points per game on 49.5 percent shooting, 38.5 percent from three-point range. Belinelli had a strong first-round series against the Heat, then struggled against the Celtics' athletic wings in the second round.

This will be Belinelli's second stint with the Spurs. He won an NBA title with San Antonio in 2013-14.

With Belinelli and Ilyasova reportedly gone, Amir Johnson and JJ Redick are the Sixers' two remaining free agents.
