The Philadelphia 76ers community was in a tizzy this week with the team securing the first pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
But the 3rd pick in the 2014 NBA Draft wanted to remind us that he'll be back -- and hopefully ready to play -- alongside (presumably) Ben Simmons or Brandon Ingram when next season tips off.

Fans and the media alike have yet to see Embiid suit up in any sort of game action for the Sixers, but head coach Brett Brown says there's a chance that could happen this summer.
Comcast SportsNet's John Clarke spoke to Brown on air on Wednesday and asked him if there's a possibility that Embiid could appear in Summer League action in either Las Vegas or Orlando.
“There is a chance [that Embiid plays in Summer League]," Brown said. “I don’t know how great that chance is. Joel’s progress and his day-to-day stuff is obviously heavily scrutinized. We’ve come so far that we don’t want to do anything reckless. I say there is a chance, but I can’t really quantify if that’s a big chance or a small chance. But it’s still on the table and we’re monitoring him every single day and he’s doing very well.”

The media got a quick glimpse of Embiid after the team held pre-draft workouts at PCOM earlier in the week.
