Here's a video of the Phillies' big offseason acquisition Carlos Santana making a Benz look like a puny sled at the gym.
It was shared by MLB's official Instagram account on Friday and led to this conversation between me and a fellow NBC Sports Philadelphia colleague:
Me: Why is he pushing a car?
Josh: Trying to get swole and hit dingers.
Makes sense.
The other wonderful piece of information I learned from this is that Carlos Santana's Instagram handle is @slamtana_41. Beautiful.

Santana will most definitely add some pop to the Phillies lineup this season. He finished last year with 23 home runs but with the hitter-friendly Citizens Bank Park, that number could increase significantly.
