MIAMI -- Rookie J.T. Riddle launched a two-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning and the Miami Marlins, after coming close to holding the New York Mets without a hit, bounced back for a 4-2 win Sunday.
The Marlins won the final three of a four-game series.
Marlins starter Dan Straily and three relievers didn't allow a hit until Neil Walker singled with two outs in the eighth.
The Mets made it 2-all in the ninth on pinch hitter Asdrubal Cabrera's two-out, two-run single off David Phelps (2-1).
Marcell Ozuna led off the bottom of the ninth with a single against Addison Reed (0-1). Miguel Rojas doubled with one out, and a perfect relay from left fielder Yoenis Cespedes to Cabrera to the plate nailed Ozuna.
Riddle, whose only previous hit in the majors with a little infielder dribbler on Wednesday, sent a drive over the wall in right-center.

Straily, who entered with a 7.56 ERA in his first two starts, tossed 5 1-3 no-hit innings before being lifted after issuing a pair of walks. He walked five and threw 93 pitches (see full recap).
Pirates rally to beat Cubs, 6-1, complete sweep at Wrigley
CHICAGO -- Adam Frazier homered and the Pittsburgh Pirates scored six runs in the final two innings to beat the Chicago Cubs 6-1 Sunday for a three-game sweep of the World Series champions.
The Pirates went just 4-14 against the Cubs last year, including 1-8 at Wrigley Field. Pittsburgh's previous three-game sweep at Wrigley was in September 2014.
Cubs starter Jon Lester pitched three-hit ball for seven innings and left with a 1-0 lead. The Pirates scored three times in the eighth off Koji Uehara (0-1), getting the go-ahead run when pinch runner Alec Hanson slid home on a bases-loaded grounder -- a replay review upheld the call that catcher Willson Contreras was barely off the plate when he caught a throw on an attempted force play.
Frazier hit a three-run homer in the ninth.

MLB-best Rockies take 3 of 4 from Giants with 4-3 win
SAN FRANCISCO -- Colorado rookie Antonio Senzatela settled down after a rough first inning, holding San Francisco scoreless on four hits over the next six innings to win his second straight start in Rockies' 4-3 victory over the Giants on a wet Sunday.
Charlie Blackmon led off the game with a homer and Nolan Arenado celebrated his 26th birthday with a two-run double to cap a three-run first inning as the Rockies took three of the four games in the series.
Senzatela (2-0) allowed three runs on seven hits in seven innings overall. Mike Dunn struck out the two batters he faced in the eighth, Adam Ottavino got another out and Greg Holland pitched a perfect ninth for his seventh straight save this season.
Though rain fell throughout the first five innings and resumed briefly in the eighth, San Francisco avoided its first home rainout in more than a decade. The last time rain forced cancellation of a game at AT&T Park was in April 2006.
Jeff Samardzija (0-3) struck out eight while allowing four runs in seven innings.
