TouchΓ©, Flyers.
That's probably what the rest of the NHL is thinking when watching the Flyers' campaign video for Wayne Simmonds' 2017 All-Star nomination.
What tricks are the Flyers pulling to persuade voters?
Well, Simmonds playing with puppies, of course.
Seriously, who wouldn't want to vote for one of the toughest players in the league cuddling little adorable pups?
Philadelphia Flyers
Complete coverage of the Philadelphia Flyers and their rivals in the NHL from NBC Sports Philadelphia.
As we all know, Simmonds is deeply beloved in Philadelphia. Pair the man with puppies and you've got a winner.
And when it comes to his actual game, the sixth-year Flyer is doing big things, leading the orange and black with 16 goals (only four NHL players have more entering Wednesday's action) after posting a career-high 32 in 2015-16. He's also second in the league to only Sidney Crosby with eight power-play markers.
