Flyers Will Reportedly Sign James Van Riemsdyk

While most of Philadelphia awaits what the Sixers will do in free agency, the Flyers surprisingly stole the early spotlight.

The Flyers are expected to sign left winger James van Riemsdyk on Sunday when free agency opens at noon, according to TSN's Frank Seravalli, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman and ESPN's John Buccigross.

Per Buccigross, the contract will be a five-year deal with a $7 million annual average value.
