Flyers Fans Are Overwhelmingly Unified About One Thing

What once started as whispers have grown into a full-blown roar. It's beginning to be overwhelmingly difficult to ignore what the fans are saying, and they're all saying the same thing.

Right or wrong, that's not for me to say, however, nearly every single reply to the Flyers most recent Tweet, Facebook post and Instagram photo all have the same message. At what point do you listen to the fans, for right or for wrong?

As fans, we want the best for the team and while we only get to see what happens on game nights and read the reporting from practice and from quotes from players, we don't know all the facts, but a voice this overwhelmingly unified should be listened to.

There's confusion.

And it seems like the organization is aware of it, but won't make any decisions they're not ready to make, despite the overwhelming unity.

At the end of their most recent statement, it reads, "We do not anticipate any further personnel moves in the near term." Which means, ‘everyone, Dave Hakstol is going nowhere anytime soon.'

The Flyers were handed one of the worst losses at the worst times on Tuesday when they blew a two-goal lead in the final nine minutes of a game against the lowly Ottawa Senators at home. The team will hit the road on Saturday to play a harrowing game against the Penguins in Pittsburgh, but they'll be back at the Wells Fargo Center on Thursday in front of their fans after what could be another upsetting defeat.

While the voices of fans online can be easily ignored, what will happen when thousands of people, paying their hard-earned money, are under the same roof?
