After drafting Russian U-18 center German Rubtsov in the first round Friday night, the Flyers on Saturday morning selected Victoriaville's Pascal Laberge with the 36th overall pick.
Laberge, a verstaile forward who can play both center and wing, finished as the 28th best North American skater on Central Scouting's final rankings.
The 18-year-old scored 23 goals and 68 points in 56 games for the Tigers last season.
