The Philly Special will live on in sports history forever. And on the bodies of some Eagles fans for as long as they live.
But many of those fans' memories of the play may be a little foggy. Perhaps they had a few too many cold ones.
Eagles-themed tattoos are all the rage following the Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots. Jason Kelce as Mummer is my favorite. Corey Clement got an eagle. And a bunch of people got poorly-diagrammed Philly Special tats.
We're just glad the Eagles executed way better. Thanks, Nick.
As you can see in the above video and in the screencap below, Trey Burton was not out wide like those tattoos show.
