Philadelphia Faces Road Closures, Parking Restrictions With NFL Draft Nearing

The NFL draft in Philadelphia is getting closer.

And with that, comes more craziness in the city.

The construction for the draft -- which takes place at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from April 27-29 -- is coming further along.

Philadelphia is already feeling the effects as restrictions to runners, tourists and parking are in place, per NBCPhiladelphia on Thursday.

Road closures will be coming as different phases kick into gear.
