NFL Draft Transformation Underway on Benjamin Franklin Parkway

The NFL draft in Philadelphia is getting closer.

And with that, comes more craziness in the city.

The construction for the draft -- which takes place at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from April 27-29 -- is coming further along. Access to the famous art museum steps is already limited as crews prepare the stage and other structures for the event.

Philadelphia is already feeling the effects as restrictions to runners, tourists and parking are in place, per NBCPhiladelphia on Thursday.
