Fortnite Players Can Soon Purchase Eagles Skins

With Super Bowl champions already under their belts, Eagles fans can soon add another title to their mantle: "Victory Royale."

Beginning Nov. 9 at 7 p.m., Fortnite players will be able to purchase and outfit their characters in full NFL uniforms, or skins. All 32 teams are available, with the Eagles advertised in midnight green home jerseys, and the uniform numbers can be customized between 1-99.

Want your avatar to resemble Carson Wentz? No problem. Want Brian Dawkins to own the competition and be sole survivor in Fortnite's online battle royale mode? The game hasn't retired his number – at least, not yet.

The NFL reached a partnership with Epic Games, creator of the insanely popular shooter/survival/dancing game, allowing all kinds of football content to appear. In addition to the uniform skins, Fortnite players can choose NFL-themed emotes, harvesting tools, gliders and a referee outfit.

To purchase the items, players can go into the Battle Royale Item Shop and use Fortnite's in-game currency, V-Bucks.

Don't know what any of that means? Then you must be the one person who isn't playing Fortnite on their gaming system, computer or cell phone.

Whether you realize it or not, Fortnite has already invaded the NFL in the form of celebratory dances from the game. A partnership between the most popular sports league and gaming experience is not surprising.
